I been on a build not for over two years and its time to start her up...I hear this box under driver side dash clicking(located on the steering column brace). There is a relay missing on a wire near the computer its a red/black plug where a relay would fit.could that be the problem?I don't remember one being there.please someone help.I don't know where to look. That box that clicks under dash...do they go bad?i will go back out right now and do more tests.

A relay has 4 or 5 wires going into it. There's one above the EEC.

Is the battery charged? Connections clean? Is the clutch safety switch plugged in?

one wire from the key will give it power when the key is turn to start is the only time u should have key power thats key side you should have power all time key on key off on one side of the Starter Solenoid if u have that i would pull the starter out take it to a parts store and test it
