It seems that I am having a bit of a problem with my 93 LX. About 3 weeks ago it didn't want to start at all, it would sound like it wanted to turn over but it would never fire. Up until last week when I told my GF to try to crank it up while I was in the states. She did and it ran fine no problems whatsover, until she cut the ignition off and tried to crank it back up 20 minutes later. But anyway I get back over to the UK, and turn the ignition and it cranks with no problem at all. I drove it around the block WOT a couple of times to blow out any carbon build up after the somewhat long period of sitting idle. Everything's good to go. So I get the midnight craving for a gyro, I cut the ignition of and pick up my order. Get back in the car, turn the key and it would not stay on. It started up but I guess it didn't have enough fuel to keep it started. So I sat there for about 10 minutes, trying to get it started, until finally I was so pissed I was about to call a cab or walk home. Then it cranked right up, I'm like WTF mate? What does this sound like. Could it be time for a major tune up? Any comments, suggestions, or replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
