I have been searching and following the advice in other posts and fixed my problem. I’m still learning about carburetors so give me a break if my terminology is not right… even better tell me so I know next time.
I was having problems with sputtering & hesitation when accelerating but not at full throttle. The carburetor is an Edelbrock 1406 (600 cfm)
I adjusted the accelerator pump to the lower notch to increase shot of gas. Worked like a charm. I still get a pop through the carburetor sometimes when the engine is cold and I accelerate with a little more then a touch and not at WOT.
Should I go up a size in jets and pushrods and return the accelerator pump to the middle notch?

Thanks…Any advice is appreciated.
