It may be hard to trace that for some vehicles...that is a 99 Cobra right? Chances are it was paid for and might not have had full coverage or an insurance claim filed if something like Katrina were the case. However keep in mind that all automobiles are not selling well right now or that someone may be in a bad situation and needing cash and/or needing to cut payments....how cheap is it?
