The 02 is my wife's daily driver, so it's more about the bling factor than performance mods for this GT.

I think it's a waste of money...who the hell actually looks in your trunk? It's not like you show off your trunk daily...unless you are a show car only then I would buy it...otherwise waste of money. Better put towards something new for my engine.

I don't spend my time shopping in fabric stores. My time is worth more than what he's charging me. And how much matererial would I waste making my own before I got one that looked as good as his? just my .02

Here is an idea for people wanting to cover up that bracing and the wiring in the trunk lid. I talked to him and he is willing to do these both in the SVT logo and the Running pony only. He said he will do them for 65 shipped, so thats a great deal. If you are interested, please email s.navratil@comcast.net and tell him what you are interested in. Here is a link to what they look like

I've got a couple of questions:

1) what's involved to install...looks like you drill a few holes and zipp in those push-plug things...is that it?
2) how much does it weigh....and how stiff is the piece...just concerned that it won't sag
3) will your buddy make me one in the above color, but do the "running pony" in black leather?

I think it's a cool and subtle dress-up mod...

I'll order one up.... I was looking to maybe get the roush tool kit to dress up the underside of my trunk but at $285.00 plus shipping it was a hard sell!!!! This is a no brainer at $65.00 shipped!!!!!!!!
