when buying new caster/camber plates (i'm looking at Pro3i) it comes with recommended toe/caster/camber etc. settings right? Does this mean the shop I'm having the springs installed at can just do those settings and I won't have to get alignment? I'm looking at steeda competition springs just for the front to close the gap since i have 18's now.. bullitt springs aren't quite low enuff in front

You might get lucky and those default settings might be fine. If they aren't you'll notice tire wear. If you start to notice incorrect tirewear on the front tires you'll need to go have it aligned.

Oh and why have a shop install your springs?, they are pretty easy to do yourself and will save you a bunch of money
