CAT-BACK exhaust

I was thinking about getting MAC catback exhaust for my 94 gt. I have heard a lot of sound clips but i couldnt find any like mine. It has a bbk x-pipe and bbk headers which was on the car when i bought it. Will MAC catback sound good with it with it? Any other suggestions of catback exhaust with a reasonable price range or other mufflers you would suggest?

personally i wouldnt do x pipe with chambered mufflers. especially the bbk x pipe. if it were me i would ditch the x pipe for their h pipe, and get the mac catback. i have my mac catback in the living room of my house at the moment waiting to be installed. you wont be dissapointed. go to mustangexhaust.com and listen and talk to the people over there.

I just bought a MAC prochamber from ebay for $209 shipped. A lot of ppl say a prochamber w/ the MAC catbacks is one of the best sounding/performing combos you can get. I'm too poor to get the catbacks, but I'll let ya know about the prochamber once I get it bolted on w/ my crappy summit racing muffs.

the prochamber is mellower and "smoother" than an o/r h. h is louder and more ballsy though. i need to install my catback and o/r h. :damnit:

yea i might change to a h pipe if i cant find any good sounding catback to go with the x-pipe but let me know if yall hear any that sound good with an x-pipe. it will save me some $ if i can leave the x

I have the pro chamber and catback on my 95GT and it sounds SICK! Like nothing I've heard. I have received many compliments. I had the same set up on my 84 GT and will continue to use MAC exhaust for every mustang I get. You will not be disappointed.
