catback hitting rear end

:SNSign: ok well after i installed my slp catted x the cat back is hitting the read end for some reason....why is this...is it because the cat back is hanging a little lower???

It may just need to be adjusted. You can loosen the clamps and try sliding the pipes in more together some where you can tell that it will not hit anymore. its probally were the exhaust goes up over the axle. Should be easy to fix.

yea cause the left one is hitting and the right one is sitting just perfect...yea i might have to get the cat back up a little...thanks

yea.... just play with it... eventually you will find the right spot where it will clear everything

i had that problem on my car with the flowmasters... i clamped em so tight that i couldnt get the pipes to slide any more up... so iwent and got a tail pipe expander and stretched it a lil, and it fit right in there... chances are like these guys are saying.. you just need to play with it..
