The question of whether you'll need MIL eliminators depends on if you throw a code or not--seriously....some people don't end up needing them and some people do. I've seen 3 cars with aftermarket pipes and cats need them and 7 without the codes thrown. I guess it is somewhat up to the car.

I've got the UPR catted X-pipe and didn't need the O2 sims. I just reused the stock rear O2 sensors.

I didn't need mine at first. Now I have a MIL all the time, even after clearing it numerous times. My exhaust is also making a really bad noise and I'm almost positive it's something loose in one of the cats. This is after only like 5 months of use. The sound is ok, but I think I'd try a different brand. Maybe UPR, BBK, MRT, or Mustang tuning.

FWIW, MRT catted H here. Uses high-flow Magnaflow cats I believe... No MILs, passed emissions sniffer test, great sound, good fit, stainless...

I have the mac catted h and I have had no problems excellent sound, no leaks with my mac lt headers and magnaflow catback, it's not overly loud with the regular magnaflow catback, but I know the packs are louder. I think that the fact that it has cats will make it not overly loud, JMO
