Catted SLP x-pipe + emissions laws = pass or fail?

I have a huge question, will the 99-04 SLP catted x-pipe pass emissions, cuz I can't seem to find out if it is legal or not...

By definition if the pipe has cats on it, it should be legeal somewhere. In Washington though I do not know, I would call a local garage and ask them about it. Most legit places will not install it without saying something about the legeality of the pipe. I know when I asked to have my cats taken off they had a fit because the shop was in Louisville where they had emmission testing.

cats ar legal in all states and you'd pass in every state

no cats means you wont pass the emission test (if your state has one) if your state doesnt have an emisson test, just get no cats instead
