Center console restoration....fixing stereo dash kit holes

So, putting the oem stereo back in. Want to repair the 4 drilled holes from my aftermarket radio dash kit.

Got the console out of the car. The holes are small. Any ideas on best way to fill them?

I want to fill them, sand and then paint just the lip where they are located.

The console is black.


Figure I just fill the holes with some putty and sand and paint?

Eastwood sells a plastic repair kit. I have used it with success in the past( repaired a crack on an interior panel and a broken tab). you can fill holes, repair cracks , etc.
