This is in your head. You can adjust the seat, my GF has no problem, I'm 6'1, I have no problem with my tri axe or my stock shifter. Maybe you don't have the power seats? My seat can be lowered or raised a good 2-5 inches it seems.
My problem is, my knee hits the side of the dash by the radio and my foot tends to ride high on the clutch pedal.
This is in your head. You can hack off your knee cap and someone else can break your foot and ankle.
