Change Tranny fluid?

How often do you guys change your tranny fluid and what do you use in it?

Also say what tranny you have.

T5. a quality synthetic is what i use. brand depends upon your prefereces. i run Redline D4. might try RP synchromax next time.

i bet it is good for a long time, but it depends upon how you drive and how it feels.

With a standard transmission you can go years between fluid changes, especially in a T-5. T-5's use ATF which is designed to withstand the major heat from an automatic transmission without breaking down. The heat produced in a T-5 is no where near that range. I myself run Redline D4 in my T-5.
