changing auto to 5 speed ?

has anyone in here swapped out an automatic in a 95gt to a 5 speed. if so would i need to swap the computers, and would you get everything out of a wrecked 94 or 95 gt or get a different kind of 5 speed from another dealer. my rear main seal started leaking like pouring piss from a boot and i figured since the tranny was slipping a little anyway while i have it out i may change it over.

my friend had that done to his 01 GT, it costed him about 2500 for everything. i'm not sure what u exactly need but from what i know it's
trans
shifter
bellhousing
computer
clutch
and some other things i can't of right now

...im in the proscess of collecting parts now to do the swap this winter damn AODE

urban96... would the tranny harness just plug into my wire harness, or does it have to be spliced or something
