My '00 GT is getting close to the 40K mark, so I figured I should get some fresh juices flowing all the way around when it gets ungaraged next Spring.
I was going to have the coolant system flushed and replaced and the transmission fluid drained and replaced. A couple questions, is there anything I need to make sure the shop does as far as what fluids to use, etc.? Also, should I replaced the auto tranny filter now or does it not need it yet? Finally, should I replace the fuel filter yet? I know what the book says, but they always understate everything hoping you will bring it back to the dealer so they make more money.
