changing gear oil article

a while back i saw this article on how the change the gear oil in the rear end but i seem to have lost it. does anyone remember this article or have one like it? it had pictures and was very helpful.

The stock oil is synthetic and need not be changed for 100,000 miles.
Unless you have to open the diff for maintenance I would leave it alone.

Wow, I wouldnt trust the same gear oil for 100k. Not saying that what your saying is wrong, or not true but I rather go the preventative matenince route for my car.
