Does anyone know of a good chassis dyno shop that they have first hand experience with that is close to TN?

Not sure part of TN you are near, however there is a place (East TN) in Kingsport called Blue Oval Classic that has a dyno and are priced good. They have a webpage so look them up. http://www.blueovalclassics.com/
These guys really no what there doing!

I'm in West TN so that would be about 8 hours away which is a little far.
