ok so to set this up, ive got a 2000 6v mustang, stock with the exception of cold air, coil pack, full dual exhaust *with factory headers and an off road h-pipe* and a bama tune to adjust air/fuel mix and timing
ok so i've got a confusing issue with my exhaust, warmed up and under load my exhaust makes a "chattering" sound. all flanges and connections are tight so my pipes dont seem to be the direct issue and i'm not getting any vibrations from the pipes rubbing anywhere. my thought was maybe its the size difference between the factory headers to the much larger 2.5" piping causing the exhaust to "bounce" inside the pipe. just a guess at this point. thank you in advance for advice and/or ideas as to what might be the issue.
