cheap bumper covers

50resto wants $139 + $125 freight for a front bumper cover (89 GT).
I see them on ebay for about $160 shipped.

What's the deal? Do you really get what you pay for, or are the ones on ebay ok?

I wouldnt trust it. you get what you pay for. when it comes to nody parts, epecially fiberglass and eurethane I always get a factory replacement. knock offs never fit right and the ebay parts are most certainly reproductions.

I am not building a show quality car so OEM isn't a requirement, but I do want it to fit.
Doesn't have to be perfect because my current one is trashed...

I bought the one off 50resto. It fit nice. Prolly same ones as on ebay.

nah, my buddie got a new gt cover for his 87, it was made in tiawan (im guessing the ebay ones are too) and it fit like complete crap. lol yes, you get what you pay for.

Thanks for the input, I will fork out the extra $100 and get the 50resto one. I have ordered from them before and had good luck.
