Cheap Shocks-Struts

Anyone out there know why I can find a cheap set of shocks and struts for a 94 GT (body code gt3). I am looking for a cheap set just to hold me over for less then a year. I cant do what I want to do now, and the shocks on there now are original. They are bad. I hope I can find some junk till I can afford to hook it up, Which is my plan after this year or so. thanx for all your help. MIKE

I plan on replacing my shocks and struts soon also, so I've shopped around. The cheapest sets I've found are factory take-offs from 99-04 Stangs, which typically have very low miles and sell for $50-$90 for all 4. I thought about going the cheap route, but I'll probably end up getting the Bullitt Tokico set.

i got the fronts and rears from a local parts house for $220, they are monroe sensa-tracs.

yeah, mach 1 s/s at any ford dealership is about 200 for all four.

www.stangparts.com has '99-'02 take offs for 59.99 for a set(2 struts and 2 shocks). They are being sold as 'like new'. I bought a set a couple years ago from them, they should hold you over until you can get what you want.

Will they fit a 94 GT. The car has the factory performace package. I dont know if they can be swapped

FYI Don't get the Mach 1 shocks/struts if you have progressive rate springs...
