Aint perfection a beach lol.

Seriously...we all know there is no such thing as 100% perfection or its very very rare, so who in there right mind can say that the Pats were going to have a perfect year. The odds were against them from the beginning. They had to win...all the giants had worry about was to make it a good game. That is why they came out on top because of less pressure and because their defense was the stuff and Manning came through when he needed to. Defense wins games and the Giants line really let Brady have it. I was for the Giants and am always glad to see the underdog win. The pats are just too good...for their own good.

You gotta wait till we at least get to work! I was in no condition last night to operate a computer.

Pats got pretty much worked. I think Brady may have been hurt worse then we are let to believe as he was off all night. Giants deserved the win, that was the worst the Patriots have looked all season.

Lots of non-calls last night including Plexico Burress face masking Ellis Hobbs to create seperation, Welker getting mugged over the middle (and still putting up record setting numbers), at least 1 of those false starts was obviously on the Giant's D line, and the one that really pissed me off at the end of the game, with about 1:20 left in the 4th, Tom Coughlin doesn't call time out but for NO REASON AT ALL the refs stopped the clock. This enabled the Giants to use their timeouts to put the winning TD on the board.

But despite all that, the Patriots still didn't deserve the win.

Ahhh. Tell it to the judge (just poking).

I'm a Redskins fan so we had to keep it in the division. I'm glad they plucked those guys off the pedastal. Besides Randy Moss got away with lots of push offs during the season. I'm glad the refs let them play that way it shows who the real tough players are. Defense smacked TB around like a child. Adam, You should've seen it coming based on the last time the 2 teams played. Hope they (Pats) don't go beating on the wives and girfriends. Hey 18-1 is second best though

The Patriots are a better team.

I have to give it to the Giants. They played a very solid game

I try to keep bias and media coverage out of my opinions

The last time the 2 teams played the Patriots won... and they went undefeated all season... and they were missing 3 key players in their offensive blocking scheme when they did it and the Giants only had 1 sack, so exactly how should I have "seen it coming"? One would think that with 3 starters back there would be even less pressure on Brady, but the O-line was pathetically flat.

Plus... in a dome, its 4th and 13 on the 32 yard line, and you go for it? Belichik's worst decision this year. Ya gotta take the points!!

The refs don't make calls in the Superbowl because they are afraid that calls they make will affect the game. It's got nothing to do with proving who's tougher. Thats why they will only call obvious ones. Both teams got away with stuff that shouldn't have happened. I'd rather the refs call it normal then suddenly develop a gray zone in the playoffs. One of Maroney's 9 yard gains was due to holding that didn't get called. I want to reiterate that I don't think the officiating was the deciding factor though.

Don't even pretend you thought the Giants were a better football team. Dallas, Indy, Green Bay, and New England were all better then the Giants this season. Probably San Diego as well.

Any given Sunday, etc

Nah, I didn't make it to the bah. Was at my buddy's house, and I couldn't operate a computer after half time (jager bombs) never mind after the final. My wonderful girlfriend carted my drunk self home.

Well I'm glad you don't take this poking stuff to hard - I respect that. Imagine what I've gone thru as a Redskins fan. Any given Sunday is so true.

Peace.

not to make excuses, but if the Pats were able to video tape practices like they normally do, the giants wouldnt have had a chance
