Hello everyone I'm having a problem in my 94 Mustang GT when I start the car after driving for awhile the check engine light comes on then when I shut it off and start it back up it's off until I drive a little while and comes back on any help would be appreciated... I've never heard of a check engine light resetting itself

Intermittent fault. Most likely it's still stored in the continuous memory codes.
Pull the codes with a paper clip, or buy a cheap innova 3145 reader

Dump codes sticky
Look at the top of the 5.0 Tech forum where the sticky threads are posted. One of them is how to dump the computer codes. Codes may be present even if the CEL (Check Engine Light) isn’t on. You don’t need a code reader or scanner – all you need is a paper clip, or if your lady friend has a hair pin, that will do the job.
