check engine light

hello all, 1 have a 94 gt the check engine light came on. ran the codes came up with code 332 which is issuficient egr flow. changed the egr and sensor cleared the codes and the engine light came back on. any ideas?
also codes 564 and 10 came up which are engine temp circuit relay and cylinder 1 trouble any ideas there as well.

Is there a vac source to the EGR? If it looks good, I'd check the EVR - both electrically and make sure there's manifold vac in and switched vacuum out.

check the little plastic vac lines thats run to the egr valve if them snap you will throw that code.
