check engine light

my check engine light is on and i know its because i no longer have the egr or air pump...(and i scanned the codes)...i just in stalled a hypertech chip...does anyone know how i can turn off the emisons on the computer or chip for that matter so the light will turn for those codes...thanks the dip swithes are 1234568 up and 7 down
