Hey Everyone, did anyone ever hear a Cherry Bomb Vortech Exhaust? Current Mods are Triflow top end, Off Road h pipe and Shorties. Curios ho wthe Vortech's will sound. Maybe even the Warlocks?

Typically, glasspacks by themselves sound like ass. Cherry Bombs are glasspacks. I have two installed on my car,....but there are flowmasters in front of them. The cherry bombs are there to quiet down the flowmaster drone (which they do).

Never heard either, but a friend of mine has a pair of warlocks in his garage that split open at the seams. He wasn't very proud of them..

Well, not much has changed in 20 years. There's basically two choices, chambered like a flow master..which tend to drone, OR straight thru like a magnaflow or a glasspack and they tend to be raspy. There are variants of both, but overall, they are pretty similar.

The latest twist that I've seen is what our senior mad mechanic ( madmike1157 )did, and incorporate them both to eliminate the drone..

See that kids? That's called giving credit where it's due...;)

Im torn between MAC, Bassani or the Cherry Bomb, read loads of posts says Pypes rot easy, Maganaflow sound like stock. I know alot of people would say Bassani but how do they really sound compared to MAC, I want a Aggressive sound, I know the Cam, Headers, H-Pipe will all add to it but how would all three components add to either of my Exhauts Options. Im not into a Raspy sound more of a Deep Rumble...

While I appreciate the recognition, I dont see anybody rushing to put 4 mufflers on their car because I did it. My objective w/ exhaust noise is 180 degrees polar opposite of what the majority want here.

This is the "preferred" end result of the standard Mustang enthusiast......
*driving down the I state at 70 MPH w/ a set of flowmasters, dumped* ........... "What did you say Mike!, I didn't hear a word of that!!!"
