CHP and DSS long blocks - opinions??

I'm thinking of starting a buildup with one of these setups. I don't want to start with a shortblock, I'd rather start with something that has been assembled by someone else who will stand behind the assembly in case the motor spins a bearing or something. Does anyone have either of these motors? How's the service after the sale?
