Cig. Lighter is 12v right? How come I am only getting .2? (Zeitronix Install)

Trying to find a power source for my Zeitronix WideBand 02 Kit and I figured since the Cig lighter in my shifter bezel doesnt work(since I have a 2002 Shifter bezel) I would use that as a power source. I used the DMM and it was only pulling like .02. Shouldnt I be getting 12v or am I mistaken? I can use that other wire as a ground too right.

Found it, it was a blown fuse. Yay for my power seats working again!.

Didn't realize your seats weren't working? That fuse blew on me too, a couple days after buying a freaking car charger. I was pissed until I found out which fuse it was and replaced it, lol.

F**n fuses. They always make things harder. I think I will wire past my fuse box cause them damn fuse always blow when I'm playin with the wiring while the battery is attached.

Remind me to edit out my first post next time. Best thing is I blew it again when I was soldering the wires and one hit my shifter. Had to go searching for another 30
