Classic instruments speedo calibration button?

Trying to wire the classic instruments 5 gauge set for 65/66 mustang. Says to connect to 2 wires on the speedometer calibration button. Anyone know where said button might be? There's 2 knobs inside the speedo but they don't seem to have loose wires and I don't want to put a hook in there and start pulling. The instructions don't have an illustration showing where it is. They're closed on the weekend so I can't call tech support until Monday

Well that looks convenient. I can't even find the button let alone wires to connect to it. There's a filter switch but that's not it. There's nothing on the front and this is the back

Is that a switch underneath the wiring connector? I can't provide much help on that really, your best bet is to call Classic Instruments. I am used to DIP switches and header pins being the norm for most modern gauges, so I was expecting something of the type.

Mystery solved, this unlabeled thing of which they gave me two of, is the calibration button. It's totally remote, nowhere near the speedometer.
Great tech guy, had answers to all my questions without having to dig into it. Turns out that the American autowire harness provides some wires that also are provided by the classic instruments harness. Naturally that can be confusing for someone like me that has limited auto wiring experience.

I am in the process of the same thing and trying to figure out where all the dang wires go. I have the same as you...AAW harness and Classic Instruments gauge cluster. I do believe I'm on the right track but still not sure if all is correct.
I'm adding some pictures and hopefully you can make out my temp connections. Am I close????
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
