I'm a new owner of a 66 GT and would like to get a few things fixed on it. Can anyone direct me to a list of NW Mustang service providers or recommend their favorite shop? Especially between Seattle and Arlington... Thanks!

Brad's Custom Auto for mechanical and/or performance work. West Coast Restoration for cosmetic stuff.

Congratulations on the purchase. Was Lance able to help you out?

If you are talking mechanical, and not body work, Blue Oval Pony Cars - Owned by Dave Draper. There is nobody in the nation that knows 65-68 Mustangs better than him. He may have equals, but none better!

This isn't a knock against Brads Custom Auto. He has a very reputable business also, and is a good guy.

Blue Oval Pony Cars info:

Telephone: 425-462-4644

Shop Location: 11828 NE 8th Street, Bellevue, WA 98005

Email - blueovalponycars@gmail.com

Good grief, I work literally directly across the street from them and never knew they were there. They're completely hidden from the street.

TMS

Im the manager at The Mustang Shop, and im sorry to see that someone had a bad experience. Things get busy and sometimes techs have to answer the phone. We have recently hired somone to do just that, answer the phone. We know that our customers are everything and we stive to have the best customer service we can offer. When working for a company like this there is bound to be someone who isnt happy. Unfortunatly people rarley post all the good things about companys. Please dont make an oppion based on what one guy has said. Thanks. -Andy

Thanks for the input everyone. I chose Dave Draper at Blue Oval Pony Cars to work on my car. I have been very impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. We are lucky to have someone like Dave as a resource.

I've done lots of business with TMS over the past few years, both on my 07 GT and my wife's 96 GT vert. Andy and the rest of the guys have always given us great customer service and very fair prices for their service and parts (always at or below what I would have paid on line).

Thanks Andy!
