cleaning and polishing 01 cobra polished wheels

What can I use for my 01 Cobra wheels. It has the polished wheels from the factory. I want to help with the haze and the scratches

Im workin on a process as well. Mine are in great shape already since the car only has 33k on it. But I want to really shine them up. Mothers billet aluminum polish and a coat of Meguires Sythetic has done a great job so far.
