cleaning chrome rims, windex?

What is the best way to clean your rims? Can i use windex original with ammonia? will it harm my rims? thanks for your time guys

I use that Blue magic shmooze on my american racing rims... it works waaaaay better than that turtle was crap. Windex will work, but it will just clean them, rim cleaner usually has protectant in it to prevent rust and futur gunk from clinging, so use windex so your rims look good on your way to the auto store to buy the real rim cleaner..

I just use soap and water then chrome polish!

there is this stuff called "never dull." It works really well.
