Cleaning heads

Hey folks-

I just got my pair of PI heads and PI intake. They were direct takeoffs from a wrecked car and they've got some dirt/oil on em (to be expected)... I'm just wondering if there's any way to safely clean them off before I put em on. Might as well since I'll be waiting for the installation for a while. Or should I not even bother?

any engine cleaner will work. use a scrubber brush to get the grime off. if you want you can spray and wipe it with brake cleaner after for that nice new look.

And a set of bottle brushes would help clean the ports along with any engine degreaser.
