I'm getting ready to clean the IAC, figured I'd get a quicker response from this forum. Any dos or donts? Thanks.

Better off to just replace IAC. It does not clean well... Only puts off the inevitable. They are available at AutoZone for $42.

The MAF is the one that you clean... IAC you replace

Worth a shot to clean it to see it fixes the problem, before I spend $42.

If cleaning works and only last a little while next itme I'll replace it.

Any tips? or is there any way I can screw it up? Thanks!

Keep the eletrical solenoid up so that spray cleaner does not run down into the electrical components.
