I dont think theirs were actually #'s 1,2,3 etc. I think they were numbered McQueen 1,2,3 etc. Then came the production cars. Scott Hoag (team Mustang, owner of MRT) has #1, I think.

you figure Id know all this stuff with some degree of certainty.

EDIT: yes, that is correct. the McQueen family got McQueens 1 through 4, and Scott Hoag claimed # 1. I think one of the McQueens was recently auctioned off.

looks great. Ever find out from the previous owner where he got the silver wheels? Dont you love the stock exhaust! I put a procharger on mine yesterday and it sounds sick!

He got the wheels from Wheel Replicas (.com).

No Bassani this time around. I sold my old Bassani C/B during the summer. Sounded tits but droned like a mother. When I do get around to full exhaust it will be Kooks or American Racing LT's, and MRT Max-Thunder C/B.

I spent my military $$$ not long after I got out, on necessary things. Now the GI Bill is my friend
