Clicking At Idle

I was having some trouble with my car during the dream cruise a few weeks ago. It would just stall for no reason at all. Well long story short I put a new fuel pump in the car (I upgraded to a 255) and now when the car is idling there is a fast paced clicking noise going on and it appears to be coming from the top of the motor by the injectors and fuel rails? Anyone had this happen or know what it could be thats making the noise? Other than the noise the car is running good right now. Thanks

Injectors click normally.......... Is it different than how it used to sound?

Yes it is. I never heard it before until after we did the fuel pump and let it run.

If it also makes the noise during priming, you could pull the FP fuse and see if the noise stops.

Do you have a mechanics stethoscope?
