Last night i noticed a clicking noise coming from my passenger side front tire. It is speed sensitive but does not seem to get louder as I get more speed, it just clocks faster. It sounds like it clicks once per tire rotation. What do you think?

I think its a rock in my brakes. I was between some buildings so I could hear it good, and it sounded like it was grinding a little when I hit the brakes. But wouldnt a rock make noise the whole way around?

CV joint.

From the cobra rear end you used on your front suspension

Jack the wheel up and spin the tire. It sounds like you have some run-out and you're hearing a chirp every time the rotor and pad get 'tight'. If it happens at 2 mph, you should be able to spin the wheel fast enough by hand to recreate the sound.

Good luck.

I changed my CV joints last month but I put some upgraded Civic ones in.

And what do you mean by run-out?

No Im sure its not on the treads. The noise it makes it not a clicking like that would make. Its hard to describe. Kinda like I go throught a little puddle of water everytime the wheel makes a full rotation.

You chuck a dial indicator to the spindle and put the pointer just shy of touching the swept surface of the rotor. Then spin the rotor and if the rotor's swept surface gets closer or further to/from the pointer, that suggests that there is some run-out (almost think of it like warpage) in the rotor. Now when the rotor spins through the brake pads, those high spots cause noise.

You get a yick yick or clicking noise as you drive. A lot of the time you wont hear it till you drive next to a big concrete wall or next to buildings that are close to the road.
