clicking noise while turning..

hey guys, lately ive experienced my first ever problem with my 03 stang. everytime i turn, i hear a clicking sound. Im guessing this is the C/V joint...right?

If it is the CV joint... Ive looked into placed to get this fixed and they either offer to rebuild them, or get new ones...whats the best route to go? the price difference is negligible. thanks in advance!

I had a clicking sond when I turned and it was a wheel bearing, I think there is a TSB out for it.

No CV joints on a Mustang.
I did hear about a known problem with steering rack bushings, as 04YellowGT mentioned above...PM Randy Stinchcomb here on Stangnet - he'll surely know the poop on this issue.

Could be the strut bearings up top too!

we dont have strut bearings.. but alot of the time the top of the struts come loose and they make noise when you turn..

but i vote ball joint!
