Clicking When Releasing The Clutch

It's been going on for about a week or so now, but I don't drive the car but once a week, and only for about 5 or 10 minutes when I do. So I go to drive the car and when left the clutch out to engage in another gear, I get a clicking sound, one that I can feel through the clutch. Is this anything I should be worried about? Thanks a lot guys!

Mine was doing the same thing, so I sprayed the throw-out bearing with some white grease and it went away, hope that helps.....

I get the clicking noise too, but only when I press down the clutch not when I release it

I just got back from driving it...and it's when I press it, not release it. My mistake.

i had that problem. i had a bad clutch cable.
