Clunking noise from front right?

The previous owner told me that he swaped the front disc brakes out of a 70's granada to my 65 coupe.When I drive theres an awfull clunk noise coming from front right.Anyone else had this problem?Or anyone know what exactly is making the noise?

Does it change (pitch or sound level) with the faster your car is going?

My Granada swap made a lot of noise too at first. You need to make sure that you have the anti-rattle springs installed. Also, it is possible to shim the brake pads so they do not rattle. Might be your problem. Does it go away when you press the brake?

If you figure it out please let me know, mine does that more as the car warm up.. and also seems worse when going uphill. Mine is a 66 with granada swap.

Well It stops when I press the pedal so Im pretty certain its something with the brakes.And no it doesnt change pitch or speed with the speed of the car.Ill just be driving along.hit a bump and clunk clunk clunk.I think Im gonna take it all apart, clean everything,lube it all up and install a new hardware kit and see if that helps out at all.

Mine did the same thing and it was the balljoint I would check that out too.
