clutch advice

Im in need of a new clutch. Ive been looking at spec stg 3 but some ppl are saying there having problems with them.]
some say go ram some spec some center force even king cobras. Im looking for a clutch that will be near 500 hp and no more then $300 for a 11" kit

spec clutchs seem to-be hit or miss, Ive never used them. if $300.00 is your limit, than your choices are Very limited to either the King Cobra(@$200.00) or a centerforce d/f (@$300.00). for your HP level you really should have a Ram 9000 series but that'll run youwards of $600.00 or more if you go wth an 11" which will also "hit" the tires and suspension harder than a 10.5" clutch.

My thoughts exactly, Randy - my wife's 01 had a Spec 2 and it was junk. They are really, as you said, hit or miss. The King Cobra in there now is worlds better, much lighter and very grippy.
