Do you have an adjustable cable? If so it will adjust right where it connects to the fork at the trans. If not you will need a FWA (firewall adjuster). It goes on the firewall where the cable comes through on the engine side. The factory used a self adjusting quadrant, which is located above the gas pedal. What type of quadrant are you using?

Jerry Beach is right about an adjustable clutch cable. If you have a non-adjustable factory clutch cable, then you will need to perform this procedure: 1. Attach the cable to the clutch fork 2. Pull the clutch pedal all the way towards the driver's seat (this will release the quadrant). 3. With the clutch pedal pulled all the way back, push the quadrant up on the clutch cable retaining hook side. 4. Slide cable over hook and push cable end into hook recess. 5. Release quadrant and clutch pedal. 6. Step on clutch pedal and pull a few times to get quadrant to set cable to full tension.

You'll know by looking at the end of the clutch cable that attaches to the clutch fork. If it has a threaded end with a half spherical nut and a jam nut on it, it's adjustable, if all it has is a half spherical connector on it, it's non-adjustable.
