Does anyone have a diagram of the clutch cable assembly on an 01' GT?

My clutch seems to be acting a little weird lately, it doesn't slip.. but it also doesn' feel like it's disengaging all of the way and makes a rubbing noise when I depress the pedal and slip it in 1st. I'm thinmking the cable just needs to be adjusted a little tighter.

Opinions? Ideas?

As far as a diagram goes, well, it's pretty simple. It hooks into then goes around the quad, thru the firewall, thru a bracket near the front corner of the exhaust manifold, then back toward the trannie. At the trannie, remove the tin cup that hides the clutch arm and you can see where it fastens into it.
Is your cable and quad stock? Do you have a firewall adjuster?

yeah it's straight up stock, I was just trying to get a visual of the whole assembly so I could get a better idea of where the fault might be.. There is a firewall adjuster and I took a look at it yesterday, doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it. I'm trying to determine wether it's worth taking to the shop for repair, I'd hate to have to shell out cash for a 10 minute fix.

For the stock quad, you can simply put the car in first, and pull up on the clutch pedal until it clicks. It's, essentially, self adjusting. At least, that's the theory. This does not work on my 02 however...I can pull at the friggin pedal until it's ready to break...it does nothing.
Anyway, here is a variation on that type of adjustment from Corral.Net - http://www.corral.net/tech/drivetrain/clutcha.htm
