I did this last week. Ok here it goes.
Jack up the car. Support it real good with proper jack stands.
Get under there and remove the dust shield on the bell housing.
Then pull back on the clutch fork really hard, at the same time remove the cable by moving the cable end towards the larger hole on the clutch fork end.
Push the cable through the line a little bit to make it easier to remove the cable from the quadrant.
Then crawl under the dash, and disconect the line.
After that, go to the firewall, and remove the sheetmetal screw holding the cable tab on the firewall.
Then carefully remove the clutch cable, don't just yank it out, take it easy.
