First pic shows all the pieces. Second pic, 2 bolts welded to the pedal, they are first mocked up to the quadrant for proper spacing. In the pic it shows the longer bolt welded even to the pedal rod, but doing it that way will cause the quadrant to rub a great deal against the underside of the cowl and make it difficult to get the pedal back into the bracket. I weld the bolt down about 1" lower on the pedal.
On the back at the spring assist arm I actually welded a nut there instead of a bolt but it all works the same.
That's factory for 63 Falcon. If you look in the top right corner of the pic there is the end of a Mustang pedal less the pad. I pulled the Falcon pedal but left the pad mounted to the floor.
