I started my 93 stang this morning. It was quit outside and I heard it every once in a while, while I had my hand on the stick some "chatter" or "ratteling". It did not last but more than 1-2 seconds every once in a while but I heard it. I crawled under the car like maybe the exhaust was vibrating against the underbody. But I figured out when I step on the clutch it does not happen. I just purchased the car and I know the previous person changed the clutch because it is extremely hard to step on. I get leg cramps. Nothing compared to my stock 93 Cobra, she's like butter. Is it possible to have some clutch chatter?

Clutch chatter occurs while disengaging the clutch. It has to do with glazing, the Marcel spring, etc.
A noise that disappears when pressing lightly on the clutch pedal is most likely the TOB. The cable adjustment is supposed to have a slight preload (which would mimic you pressing on the pedal oh-so-lightly).
Your hard pedal is likely the cable. If you have a cheaper adjustable cable that can do it, as can LT headers (with regard to frying the cable assembly).
I'll note that my HD clutch has a pretty weighty pedal feel.
