Clutch feels odd

I adjusted my clutch a while ago using the factory recommended method (pushing up on the pedal and pushing it down), and now whenever i push the clutch down it feels strange.. I'm not quite sure how to describe it. I was wondering if anyone else ever had that problem and how they fixed it??

Mine does that from time to time. I don't have a reason. I'll just be driving and next thing i know the clutch feels "different". It might grab lower or feel less springy or more springy when i push the clutch down.

Nothing changes in the way the car drives, but it is annoying in the sense that it's not consistent.

It is not uncommon for the stock diaphram spring and/or throwout bearing to feel like that.
