I have a FMS Clutch. The pedal has no freeplay at all, it is stiff as can be from the time you step on it.

Is this bad? Shouldnt there be some freeplay? I also get a little bit of chatter at the bottom of 1st.

Thanks.

ya sounds normal. most aftermarket clutchs give away a little bit of driver comfort for high perfomance an the chatter is normal as well.

by free play at the bottom of the pedal what is being referred to is amount you lift your foot off the floor before the car will start to roll forward
