I am on borrowed time with my clutch (engages in the last 1/8 or pedal swing). So I probably need to do that this winter. Anyone had a shop do their install lately, and care to share how much it ran you?

I do plan on doing it myself, but just curious what a shop might charge. Labor alone, I can figure out the parts.

its usually a $200 install around here. ive never had to have someone do them though. its very simple, but it is intimidating the first time because you have to pull the trans. very simple. l

I had gotten estimates of $150 (from the same guy who fubar'd my gear isntall) to 300-400 at shops and dealerships...

I did all of it for under $500 (all new parts) and about 7 hours of taking my time labor...
