Clutch list of parts

I need a new clutch. Can someone help me out with a complete list of parts and things that would need to be done?

What would I need to replace my clutch? Clutch, TO bearing, resurface flywheel and new clutch cable?... am I on the right track? THX

Clutch disc
Throw out bearing
Pilot bearing
Clutch fork + Pivot ball
New 6-bolt flywheel (if your old one is not properly resurfaced, then it can severely screw up your new clutch)
New flywheel bolts
Possibly a new cable (OEM Ford is best), check to see what condition yours is in
4 quarts of ATF (your choice - some include Royal Purple, Redline, Mobil 1, Castrol, and others)

(Optional)
Firewall adjuster + Quadrant

I am pretty sure that's everything, correct me if i'm wrong though

Well, i got the top 3 down but im sure the installers will take care of the flywheel resurfacing and ATF, but can i just pick up a new pilot bearing, clutch fork and pivot ball from the local Ford Dealership and how much should i expect to pay?

using OEMfordparts.com as a reference (Southwest Ford is the dealership), clutch fork is about $30. I paid $10 for the pilot bearing (from Summit) and the clutch fork pivot ball was $15 from the Stoneham Ford parts desk. Total of $55, and you will really be kicking yourself if you don't spend that extra money and run into problems 10k miles down the road. I bought flywheel bolts just in case any of mine got fubared when being removed - those were $17 for a pack of 8.

I'd buy an aftermarket pivot ball, like one from McLeod. Sure beats having to drop the tranny to replace a broken OEM one, like I just got done doing . . .

right but you can't buy 3.2 quarts... im just doing a materials list, not capacities/specifications. You're right though, it is about 3.2 quarts. BTW dude, your car is nasty

Thanks Alot. I'll definitely buy those other parts and do it right the first time. I'm confident that the King Cobra will hold and do well when my car gets close to 300rwhp this summer

signing up for when i do my clutch. Why ATF you don't have to open the tranny up do you? I just did my fluid.
