clutch making alot of noise and stickin

it could be a throw out bearing but i have had it where the clutch fork pivot ball has backed out and the clutch fork hits the clutch its self. when this happend to me the sound would go away if i pushed in the clutch but come back when i relised it. i would crall under there and take off the inspection window and have a look. with the car on i could see sparks coming out.

Agreed, there a lot of great clutch kits out there and almost all of them are more responsive than the stock clutch. I just put a Spec 3 in mine and the guys here gave me some advice that was a life saver on the removal and installation. If you wind up doing it yourself and you get stuck or want some help with it let me know!

dittos - and I'd invest in a new OEM clutch cable, regardless of the miles, it's still 8 years old. A bad, sticking clutch cable will make it feel funny (for lack of a better term), heavy, sticky...been there...
